A lipolysis apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a main body; a cooling module for cooling a subcutaneous adipose tissue of the subject; a plurality of handpieces which are provided to be detachable from the main body; and a control unit for receiving a feedback on the temperature detected from the cooling module in each of the handpieces and operating each of the handpieces independently.
